2. The lubricating grease cone penetration 100000 times shear tester is used to determine the mechanical stability of lubricating grease by measuring the viscosity change after mechanical shear work under specified test conditions according to the requirements of GB/T269-91, expressed as extended working cone penetration or shear stability, with a unit of 0.1mm.
3. Use an electric motor to drive the reducer to achieve a shear rate of 60 times per minute.
4. Extended cone penetration test and optional shear stability test.
5. The monitor can display the number of cuts on its own.
6. The counter can count on its own.

Product Parameters:
1. Electric motor: Horizontal single capacitor starting motor. Voltage 220V, power 370W, speed 1400 rpm. Connected to the turbine reducer through a coupling.
2. Coupling: A plum blossom shaped elastic coupling is used to connect the reducer and the motor.
3. Turbine reducer: Dual shaft reducer. Install a pair of eccentric mechanisms on the turbine shafts at both ends of the reducer with a transmission ratio of 25:1. 4. Worker: Installed on the machine bases on both sides of the reducer, it is driven by an electric motor through a coupling and an eccentric mechanism of the reducer, and works continuously at about 60 movements per minute.
5. Counting display: Small panel counter. When selecting a time relay, use a fluctuation switch to arbitrarily set a number (time). When the number reaches the set value, it can drive the relay to work and cut off the motor power supply. This instrument is a double acting reciprocating testing device. It consists of an electric motor coupling, a reducer, an eccentric mechanism, a working device, and a machine base.
