1、 Product Overview
The condenser rubber ball cleaning device is a device that allows elastic rubber balls with a wet diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the condenser heat exchange tube to pass through the condenser heat exchange tube during the operation of the refrigeration unit. Through the injection and recovery of the elastic rubber balls, the heat exchange tubes are cleaned periodically in real time. During this process, the rubber ball cleans the inner wall of the heat exchange tube and automatically cleans the inner wall of the condenser heat exchange tube through physical means, thereby cleaning the dirt and scale deposited on the inner wall of the water pipe, avoiding the growth of microorganisms, preventing corrosion, ensuring the cleanliness of the inner wall of the heat exchange tube, ensuring good heat exchange effect, and improving the thermal efficiency of the unit.
2、 Working principle
Select appropriate sponge balls with a wet density similar to that of water. Put the rubber balls into the ball loading chamber, with a quantity of about 10% of the copper pipes in the condenser inlet chamber. Then start the rubber ball pump, open the ball valves at both ends of the system, and the rubber ball will enter the condenser water chamber driven by the slightly higher inlet pressure of the circulating water. As the rubber ball is a soft elastic material with multiple micropores, it is squeezed through the cooling pipe under the pressure difference of the circulating water inlet. The inner diameter of the cooling pipe is wiped once, causing the dirt on the inner wall of the pipe to be carried out with the water flow. The rubber ball enters the collection net through the outlet pipe with the circulating water. Under the obstruction of the collection net plate, the rubber ball is separated and pumped out by the rubber ball pump to return to the ball loading chamber. This cycle is repeated to achieve continuous automatic cleaning of the condenser cooling pipe.
