1. The anti sulfate corrosion test chassis designed by our company is made of stainless steel material, which provides excellent appearance quality, strong mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and rust resistance.
2. The size of the specimen support for placing the test piece is 130mm × 130mm × 460mm, and both the storage tank and other components are made of 304 stainless steel material, which effectively resists corrosion. Extend the lifespan of experimental equipment.
3. The waterway inside the test chamber is connected using PPR pipes, which have high strength, good sealing, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
4. The circulation pipeline adopts materials with flame retardancy, high strength, climate change resistance, and excellent geometric stability, which have strong resistance to oxidants, reducing agents, and strong acids. Ensured the safe operation of the equipment.

5、 Test method
① Soaking process: After the specimen is placed in the specimen box, a prepared 5% Na2SO4 solution is injected into the specimen box, with the solution less than 20mm above the surface of the upper specimen, and then soaking begins. From the beginning of the test piece being immersed in the solution to the end of the soaking process, it should take (15 ± 0.5) hours. After the soaking is completed, the liquid should be immediately discharged from the storage tank
② Drying process: After emptying the liquid, air dry the test piece for 30 minutes, and it takes 1 hour from the beginning of the solution discharge to the air drying of the test piece

③ Drying process: Immediately heat the specimen after air drying, and raise the temperature inside the specimen box to 80 ℃ before starting the drying process. The heating process is completed within 30 minutes. After the temperature rises to 80 ℃, it will remain at (80 ± 5) ℃. The time from heating up to cooling down is 6 hours
④ Cooling process: After the drying process is completed, immediately cool the specimen. The time from the beginning of cooling to cooling the surface temperature of the specimen in the specimen box to (25-30) ℃ should be 2 hours
