This system is a specialized system for water pump performance testing, suitable for various types of testing pumps; The system mainly consists of a main control cabinet, flow sensors, pressure sensors, instruments, etc. It can detect various data such as voltage, current, power, flow rate, speed, pressure, and head of the water pump motor; And it can draw H-Q curve, P-Q curve, η - Q curve, and (NPSH) r-Q curve based on the data collected from the testing project.

3、 Experimental equipment:
The system includes a test bench equipment with a maximum test pressure of 2MPa for an open bench. The main cabinet of each station contains current and voltage display heads for the water pump, intelligent speed and flow testers, pressure and head testers, and three-phase electrical parameter testers.
nOpen platform:
The water circulation system in this station equipment is an open station, with a test power of:
0.55-55KW -40A, 100A main cabinets can control the entire equipment, with emergency stop buttons for the entire system, start/stop buttons for the main pump, power switching knobs, current switching knobs for corresponding power levels, flow switching knobs, pressure switching knobs, and control buttons for different electric valves. Each button also has corresponding indicator lights.
The electric valve control buttons are DN50/80/100/200 electric valve control buttons. This equipment includes a main cabinet, instruments, standard pipelines, and water tank valves.

5、 Instrument Introduction:
1. Intelligent Speed and Flow Measurement Instrument (SFT-A):
Two windows display simultaneous measurement of motor speed and pump flow rate. Window 1 has a speed measurement display function, while Window 2, in conjunction with flow sensors equipped with frequency outputs such as turbines, electromagnetic flow, etc., measures flow frequency differences, liter/second flow rates, ton/hour flow rates, and converted rated speed flow rates.

2. Intelligent Pressure Head Tester (P-H):
The instrument is equipped with a 4-20mA output pressure transformer, which can measure and display the pressure of both the inlet and outlet channels. The unit can be switched between Mpa, kPa, kgf, and M (meters of water column) for display.

3. Rich parameter setting functions:

7、 Random spare parts and information for equipment
Provide a complete set of operating instructions and a software CD. The manual must explain how to use the equipment, how to set parameters, precautions for equipment operation, and safety terms. The software CD should provide a complete computer operating system, testing software, and testing data analysis software.
8、 Training
The supplier shall provide training to at least one maintenance personnel and one equipment operator from the demand side until they have fully mastered the relevant skills. The training period shall not be less than 3 working days. The specific time will be determined according to the arrangement of the demand side.
9、 Equipment acceptance
1. After the equipment is manufactured, the supplier shall notify the purchaser to conduct a pre acceptance inspection. After the pre acceptance inspection is qualified, the equipment shall be sent to the purchaser.
2. The supplier is responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment on the demand side; After the equipment debugging is completed, both parties shall conduct acceptance according to the content of the technical agreement; The equipment shall meet all the requirements specified in this agreement.
3. After the equipment and installation debugging pass the self acceptance and are delivered for normal use, it enters the warranty period, which is 12 months.
10、 Other
1. The purchaser shall provide cooperation for the supplier's on-site work.
2. Both parties shall keep confidential all relevant information and materials, and shall not engage in any behavior that harms the interests of the other party for any reason or in any way without the permission of the other party (such as disclosing the other party's information and related technical information to third parties or imitating the other party's products, etc.).
3. The warranty period for the equipment is 12 months from the date of self acceptance (the supplier shall provide free replacement and maintenance warranty services as required by the demander). After receiving the demander's warranty service request, the supplier shall provide feedback within 2 hours and come to the site within 48 hours. Even if the warranty period is exceeded, the supplier shall provide active and preferential services.
