1. Newly installed and long-term unused transformers can only be used when the insulation resistance between coils and between coils and ground is measured with a 1500 megohmmeter before operation, and the resistance value is not less than 0.5 megohms.
2. The use of intermediate current transformers and operating consoles must be reliably grounded to ensure safety.
3. When using, the flow should be slowly and evenly raised, and excessive vibration should be avoided during transportation.
4. The contact surface between the voltage regulator and the electric brush should be kept clean, and wiped clean with 90% alcohol dipped cotton yarn depending on the situation.
5. When conducting an impact test, the maximum current should not exceed twice the rated current within 5 seconds.
6. This equipment should be kept clean, ventilated, dry, and stored indoors.

Usage and precautions:
1. Connect the working circuit according to the electrical schematic diagram. The transformer casing, operating console, etc. must be well grounded.
2. Connect the power and the green indicator light on the control panel will turn on. Press the start button, the red indicator light will turn on, and the current converter is waiting for the current to rise.
3. Rotate the voltage regulator evenly clockwise, paying attention to the output current indication on the control panel until the required high current is reached. To ensure testing accuracy, a standard ammeter can be connected in series to the instrument terminal.
4. During the experiment, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, the power should be immediately cut off, and the cause should be identified before conducting the experiment.
5. After the experiment is completed, the voltage regulator must be reset to zero, the power supply must be cut off by pressing the stop button, and the working power supply must be cut off before the test wiring can be removed to ensure safety.
