The compatibility test box for sealant is used for the compatibility test of silicone structural sealant for construction. The sealant compatibility tester is one of the main testing instruments used for conducting sealant compatibility tests according to GB16776-2005 "Silicone Structural Sealants for Buildings". It is used to predict the durability of materials exposed to sunlight in outdoor environments. UV fluorescent tubes use UV fluorescent lamps to simulate the damage caused by exposure, and the exposure temperature has automatic control function. Within a few days or weeks, the sealant compatibility tester can reproduce the fading that occurs outdoors for months or years. This includes color changes, loss of luster, powdering, cracking, brittleness, and decreased strength.
The ZMFX sealant compatibility tester is equipped with a high-performance microprocessor and an integrated temperature sensor, which can automatically light up the ultraviolet fluorescent lamp, control the irradiation timing, and maintain a constant temperature inside the test chamber.
