Maintenance of automatic puffing food packaging machine equipment for combination weighing

1. Before and after starting up, the inside and outside of the machine must be cleaned thoroughly, and parts that have food passing through must be strictly disinfected.
2. Before going to and from work every day, please check whether the oil level in the gas source triple storage tank is maintained at more than 1/3. If it is less than 1/3, then inject 20 # pure engine oil to about 1/2 of the tank
3. Before starting up every day, the oil cup on the horizontal sealing bracket should be filled with 20 # engine oil once.
4. Unused packaging film should be taken out after work to avoid bending the support tube.
5. If any material is found in the longitudinal or transverse seal during the opening process, the machine must be stopped immediately and the longitudinal or transverse seal teeth must be cleaned with a copper wire brush.
