1、 Product Introduction
POTOP? The PDT (FPV) -25 plastic filtration extrusion dispersibility tester is an experimental instrument designed entirely based on the European standard EN 13900-5:2005. The tester mainly consists of a small precision single screw extruder, melt pump, dual station screen changer, and computer measurement and analysis system. The test material is first melted and homogenized by a single screw extruder, and then sent to the mold head equipped with a filter screen at a constant speed by a melt pump. The instrument measures and records the pressure change curve of the melt before the filter screen in real time and automatically calculates the filtration pressure value (FPV) to characterize the dispersibility of colorants or other filling materials.
