The cold chain vehicle mounted wireless monitoring and alarm system consists of three parts: temperature acquisition module, recorder, and server software. It is also equipped with a print output module and a SMS alarm module. This system mainly solves the problems of temperature recording and temperature monitoring alarm in the cold chain logistics process.

This system accurately collects the temperature inside the refrigerated truck during the cold chain logistics process, synchronously stores the temperature in the recorder, and can print the data in real-time on site and transmit it back to the management center through a widely covered GPRS network. When the temperature exceeds the range, sound and light alarms will be issued to remind the following personnel, and SMS alarms will be sent to the management center and relevant personnel.
