Cold and hot cylinders, also known as aging cylinders, are particularly suitable for the production of ice cream, dairy products, pharmaceuticals, and beverages. This product combines the functions of heating, cooling, insulation, mixing, pasteurization, and temporary storage of materials, making it versatile and widely applicable. According to different process requirements of users, the structure of the hot and cold cylinders can be designed as open or closed with manholes, and the discharge method can be designed as side discharge or bottom discharge.
The cold and hot cylinder equipment mainly consists of inner liner, interlayer, insulation layer, mixing device, support foot, and process pipe mouth, all of which are made of 304 or316LMade of sanitary grade stainless steel, finely polished inside and outside without any hygiene blind spots. Steam, hot water, cold water and other media are introduced into the interlayer to exchange heat with the materials inside the tank. The outermost layer is a polyurethane foam filled insulation jacket. The mixing device can be designed as central or eccentric mixing according to different process requirements of users. The blade forms include inclined blade, frame, scraping wall, propulsion, etc. The output shaft of the reducer and the mixing blade are connected by a sleeve or flange open connection, which is easy to disassemble, clean and maintain. The equipment has the characteristics of uniform heating, hygienic and beautiful appearance, and easy cleaning.
