1、 Overview

The coconut meat grinder uses centrifugal force with serrated rotors to grind coconut meat into small particles. This machine has advanced design, simple structure, and is suitable for grinding fruits and vegetables such as coconut meat.

2、 Working principle

The machine is fed into by a hoist, and the material is cut by the high-speed rotation of the serrated rotor, resulting in uniform and refined material. In order to prevent the material from coming into contact with the serrations on the rotor under the centrifugal force of the rotor, the stator is designed to be conical, and guide bars are added to the inner wall of the stator to allow the material to fully contact the serrations, and the ground material is pushed into the discharge hopper.

1. The machine must be placed on a horizontal concrete floor, leveled, and the power supply of the transmission motor must be connected to check if the rotor rotation direction is consistent with the rotation direction indicator. This machine is capable of continuous production of incoming and outgoing materials.

2. Cut off the power supply when stopping, rinse the inside and outside of the machine clean, and keep it clean.

3. When the machine grinds materials and there is a significant difference in the size of the discharged materials, please replace the serrations on the rotor in a timely manner.

4. Regularly add oil to the bearing seat area.
