Composition structure:

The core filtration unit consists of filter bags, filter bag frames, and flower plates, installed inside the filtration box. Each unit has a total of 240 filter bags with a diameter of 160 × 8m and a filtration area of 960m2; The clean air chamber is installed on the upper part of the filter box, equipped with an inspection door, an air outlet duct, and a dust cleaning spray pipe; The lower ash hopper is equipped with an air inlet branch pipe and an inspection door; The pulse blowing system includes a distribution box, pulse valve, blowing pipe, etc. The dust collector unit module is arranged in double or multiple rows in parallel, with an inlet and outlet air duct set in the middle of the two columns.
Working principle:
The dusty flue gas enters the air duct through the middle air inlet. Under the action of the airflow distribution mechanism, the flue gas is evenly distributed into the inlet ducts of each filtering unit. The folding of the baffle allows larger dust particles to directly fall into the ash hopper due to inertia and gravity, while the remaining dust particles rise with the airflow and enter the filtering chamber. Under the filtering effect of the dust cake on the surface of the filter bag, the dust particles of the flue gas are blocked on the outside of the filter bag. The purified flue gas enters the clean air chamber from the inside of the filter bag and converges to the exhaust manifold, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the system fan.

The pressure difference control mechanism refers to the accumulation of dust on the outer surface of the filter bag as the filtration process continues, causing the filtration resistance to continuously increase. The operating resistance of the dust collector also gradually increases. When the resistance of the dust collector reaches the preset value (usually 1200-1500Pa), a control signal is issued to start the reverse blowing cycle. The dust collector repeatedly executes the cycle of "spraying and cleaning dust settling filtering" until the resistance of the dust collector decreases to the set lower limit of resistance (usually 1000Pa). The pressure difference control mechanism can keep the resistance of the dust collector within a certain range, in order to achieve dust removal efficiency and the lowest operating energy consumption. Timed control refers to arranging timed blowback based on empirical values, generally used to handle systems with relatively stable operating conditions.
