Application:
This device is a heat exchange device with plate heat exchanger as the core, which is matched with the chemical analysis sampling rack of the power plant. In addition to providing salt cooling water for the sampling rack, it is also widely used in hydrogen production equipment and other industries that require liquid-liquid and liquid vapor heat exchange.

Main features:
1. Compared with tubular heat exchangers, it has the advantage of high efficiency (about three times higher);
2. Not easily contaminated and blocked;
3. Low requirements, minimal maintenance, and durability for industrial cooling water;

4. Automatic water replenishment function: When the liquid level of the desalinated water tank is lower than the set value, the replenishment solenoid valve automatically opens to replenish water;

5. Undervoltage interlock function: When the outlet pressure of the running pump is lower than the set value, it automatically switches to the standby pump operation;

6. Fault interlock function: When the running pump fails, it automatically switches to the standby pump for operation;

7. Alarm functions: desalination water under pressure alarm, industrial water under pressure/over temperature alarm, pump fault alarm, desalination water tank liquid level high and low alarm;

8. Remote monitoring function: The monitoring function can be configured according to user needs.

Working conditions:
1. Environmental conditions
(1) Indoor temperature: 5-45 ℃;
(2) Relative humidity: ≤ 85%;
(3) No severe vibrations, impacts, or corrosive gases.
2. Industrial cooling water conditions
(1) Industrial cooling water temperature: ≤ 30 ℃;
2) Inlet and outlet pressure difference>0.1MPa;
(3) The industrial cooling water flow rate meets the requirements of the cooling device;
(4) The quality of industrial cooling water should meet the standards, without pollution, blockage, corrosion, or obvious suspended solids.
