2、 Simple installation steps and precautions for clean room FFU fan unit and high-efficiency filter:
1. Firstly, the fan unit is uploaded onto the keel by two or three groups of personnel. During this process, attention should be paid to tilting the entrance and exit to prevent damage to the fan unit.
2. Transfer the high-efficiency filter to the keel in the same inclined manner and combine it with the keel. Due to the fragility and vulnerability of the filter element inside the filter frame. During the installation and transmission process, only grip its frame tightly, handle it gently, and do not touch its internal filter element to avoid collision with the filter element. 1. According to the cleanliness of the environment, the filter of the FFU fan filtration unit should be replaced (the initial efficiency is generally 1-6 months, the high efficiency is generally 6-12 months, and the high efficiency filter cannot be cleaned)
2. Regularly (usually every two months) use a dust particle counter to measure the cleanliness of the clean area where this product is used for purification. When the measured cleanliness does not meet the required cleanliness, the cause should be identified (whether there is a leak, whether the high-efficiency filter is effective, etc.). If the high-efficiency filter is effective, a new high-efficiency filter should be replaced.
3. When replacing high-efficiency filters and primary filters, the following measures should be taken:
① When replacing the high-efficiency filter of the FFU fan filter unit, special attention should be paid to unpacking, handling, and installation to ensure that the filter paper is intact and undamaged. It is forbidden to touch the filter paper with hands to cause damage.
② Before installing FFU, point the high-efficiency filter of the heart towards the bright spot and observe with the naked eye whether the high-efficiency filter has been damaged due to transportation or other reasons. If there are leaks in the filter paper, it cannot be used.
③ When replacing the high-efficiency filter, the housing should be lifted first, and then the failed high-efficiency filter should be removed and replaced with a new one.
