working principle
The mixer is mainly composed of a flow regulating device, a variable speed drive mechanism, a mixer spindle, a lifting impeller, and mixing blades.
The lower blade of the agitator impeller completes the mechanical reaction in the first reaction chamber of the clarification tank, causing the flocs generated by the chemical addition and mixing to collide and adsorb with the original alum flowers in the reflux sludge, forming larger flocs. Then, they are lifted by the impeller to the second reaction chamber, and separated by the reflux to the clarification zone. The clear water rises and is led out by the water collection pipe, and the sludge flows back to the first reaction chamber in the lower part of the clarification zone.
