Product Usage:

Stainless steel mesh rubber plate, also known as nylon cloth rubber plate, gauze cloth pad, gauze cloth rubber plate, is widely used in substations, power plants, distribution rooms, testing rooms, and field live operations. It is mainly made of rubber insulation materials, and there should be no harmful irregularities on the upper and lower surfaces of the insulation pad. Harmful irregularity refers to one of the following characteristics, namely, defects that disrupt uniformity, damage smooth surface contours, such as small holes, cracks, local bulges, cuts, conductive foreign objects, folds, gaps, concave convex ripples, and casting marks. Harmless irregularity refers to the surface irregularities formed during the production process.
(1) According to the voltage level, it can be divided into 5kV, 10kV, 20kV, 25kV, and 35kV
(2) Divided by color: black rubber pad, red rubber pad, green rubber pad
(3) According to thickness, it can be divided into: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm
Stainless steel mesh adhesive plates are widely used in substations, power plants, distribution rooms, testing rooms, and field live operations. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, away from heat sources, and at least 20cm away from the ground and walls. Avoid contamination from acids, bases, and oils, and do not expose to direct sunlight.
