High performance liquid chromatography HPLC detection scheme for doxycycline hydrochloride
-Sample processing procedure-
Accurately weigh an appropriate amount of doxycycline hydrochloride reference substance, add an appropriate amount of 0.01mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, dissolve by ultrasound, and dilute with 0.01mol/L hydrochloric acid solution to a solution containing approximately 1mg doxycycline hydrochloride per 1ml. Shake well, filter through a 0.45 µ m organic system filter membrane, accurately measure 20 µ L, inject into a liquid chromatograph, and record the chromatogram.
