This series of resistance furnaces is equipped with KSW or DRZ temperature controllers and nickel chromium nickel silicon thermocouples, which can measure, indicate, and automatically control the furnace temperature.

4、 Structure Introduction

This series of resistance furnace shells are made of thin steel plates that are folded and welded together. The furnace is composed of a box shaped integral lining made of high alumina refractory material. Heating element OcR25A15 iron chromium aluminum alloy wire is wound into a spiral shape and threaded through the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the furnace lining. The insulation layer between the lining and shell of the electric furnace is made of aluminum silicate fiber felt and diatomaceous earth bricks.

The electric furnace door is fixed to the electric furnace panel through the long arm of multi-level hinges. The furnace door rotates flexibly. When closing, press or push the handle to fasten the door hook, and the furnace door can be tightly attached to the furnace mouth. When opening, simply lift the handle slightly upwards or inwards, unhook it, and place the furnace door on the side.

The thermocouple used for temperature measurement is inserted through an open hole.

6、 Installation and use

1. Electric furnaces do not require special installation, they only need to be placed on a flat ground or rack. The controller should avoid vibration and should not be placed too close to the electric furnace to prevent overheating and prevent electronic components from working properly.

2. Insert the thermocouple into the temperature measuring hole behind the furnace, and fill the gap between the hole and the thermocouple with asbestos rope to prevent heat loss. Be careful not to connect the thermocouple and controller in reverse polarity.

3. Open the controller casing and connect the power cord, electric furnace wire, and thermocouple wire according to the standard. Due to the fact that the power supply wire on the controller shares the neutral wire system with the electric furnace wire. The phase line and the neutral line cannot be reversed, otherwise the controller cannot work properly. For safety reasons, both the electric furnace and the controller must be grounded.

4. After checking the wiring is correct, cover the controller housing, turn on the power, and set the temperature according to the instrument operation manual. At this time, the green light will turn on. The relay starts working, the electric furnace is powered on, the ammeter reads, and the temperature gradually increases, indicating that both the electric furnace and the temperature controller are working normally.

The heating and constant temperature of the electric furnace are indicated by red and green indicator lights, with green light indicating heating and red light indicating constant temperature.

7、 Maintenance and Precautions

When the electric furnace is used again after * times of use or long-term disuse, it must be dried in an oven at room temperature――200 ℃ for 2 hours, 200 ℃――600 ℃ for 2 hours, the furnace temperature should not exceed high temperature during use to avoid burning the electric heating element, and it is forbidden to pour various liquids and dissolved metals into the furnace.

2. The electric furnace must be operated in a location with a relative humidity not exceeding 85%, free from conductive dust, explosive gases, and corrosive gases that can damage metal insulation and be harmful to electronic components.

3. Regularly check whether the connection terminals of the electric furnace and controller are in good contact.

4. The furnace temperature shall not exceed the high temperature.

5. The furnace and furnace wire are not covered by the warranty, and replacement must be made within 7 days after purchase.
