Application:
This device is matched with a sampling rack and is used for online analysis instrument measurement and computer supervision and management of measured parameters.

Main features:
1. When the sample water pressure at a certain point exceeds 08MPa, the safety valve automatically releases pressure to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
2. The temperature inspection instrument displays a temperature value with an error of ≤± 1 ℃. Loop display (can also be manually switched) of the temperature of each sample water.
3. The temperature for over temperature alarm and protection can be set on the temperature inspection instrument (usually between 40-45 ℃). When the water sample temperature reaches or exceeds the set temperature, the over temperature protection component (solenoid valve) will act to cut off the corresponding high temperature and high pressure water sample. At the same time, the overall sample water overheating signal will be remotely transmitted to the demand side control system.
4. Cooling water under pressure or low flow protection: When the inlet pressure of the desalinated cooling water is lower than the lower limit (0.2MPa) or the flow rate is lower than the set value, the temperature inspection instrument will close all the sample water solenoid valves, cut off the water sample, and at the same time remotely transmit the under pressure or low flow signal to the demand side control system.
