Product Introduction

The chemical fiber fabric crusher is a device produced by Henan Fukai Machinery for crushing waste fabrics. In terms of product structure, the machine adopts a blade type shearing and crushing principle to achieve the shredding and processing of waste fabrics. It can be used to crush various waste fabrics such as glass fiber filaments, glass fiber fabrics, glass fiber mesh fabrics, fiber felt, fiber tubes, silk balls, cotton fabrics, flax, opened silk fabrics, old clothes, newspapers, chemical fibers, etc. It is mainly used in clothing factories, pet stores, felt processing units, etc. In terms of crushing effect, the waste fabric crusher can crush cotton fabrics into fluffy or sheet-like structures. In terms of discharge size control, the machine controls the material crushing size through a sieve.

Structural principle

The waste cloth crusher adopts the principle of shear crushing in its structure. After the material enters the main machine, it is driven by a motor to achieve high-speed cutting by a moving knife fixed on the main shaft and a moving knife fixed on the machine body. The waste cloth that enters the main machine through shearing is gradually cut into pieces or fluff, and then filtered through the screen at the bottom of the main machine before being discharged from the equipment. In terms of discharge method, Henan Fukai Machinery can provide conveyors, fans and other forms of feeding or aggregation for subsequent supporting equipment.
