Application:
The metal corrosion of the boiler feedwater system in thermal power plants directly affects the safety and economic operation of the boiler and thermal system. Although it does not cause immediate system failure, it can lead to the premature scrapping of thermal system equipment and shorten its service life. The dosing device produced by our company is designed to meet the needs of water treatment in boilers. It adopts two working modes: on-site manual and remote automatic. It adds phosphate to the boiler and ammonia and hydrazine to the boiler feed water to prevent boiler scaling, remove dissolved oxygen from the feed water, increase the pH value of the feed water, and prevent metal corrosion of the feed water. This is of great significance for ensuring the safe and economical operation of power plants.

Characteristics:
The frequency conversion automatic dosing device adopts imported high-quality frequency converters, which have the advantages of high control accuracy, good dynamic quality, stable performance, and reliable operation. The control cabinet panel is equipped with a "local manual/remote automatic" switch, start/stop buttons for the dosing pump and mixing motor, operation status and fault indicator lights. Alarm for high, low, and low liquid levels in the solution tank. The circuit is equipped with functions such as undervoltage protection, short circuit protection, overload protection, and low low liquid level pump stop.
Working conditions:
After the detector measures the drug content in the sample water, it sends a signal to the demand side control system. The demand side control system automatically adjusts and outputs a compensation signal based on the difference between the measured value and the given value. The compensation signal is sent to the frequency converter, which changes the frequency of the dosing pump according to the magnitude of the input signal, so that the measured value approaches the given value and eventually stabilizes.
