Product Overview:

The IS type pump is a horizontal single-stage single suction centrifugal pump for clean water, while the IR type pump is a horizontal single-stage single suction centrifugal pump for clean water (with a maximum working temperature of 120 degrees Celsius), used for pumping clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water but without solid particles. It is widely applicable in industry, agriculture, urban areas, drainage, fire water supply, etc.

The IS pump system is designed according to the performance and dimensions specified in the international standard ISO2858, and its technical standards are close to international standards, reaching the international advanced level. It is one of the energy-saving pump products promoted in China.

The pump has a simple structure, reliable performance, small size, light weight, good corrosion resistance, low power consumption, and easy use and maintenance.

The IS type pump has a wide range of universality, with a full range of 140 specifications, but only four shafts are used; The same specification of shaft, bearings, shaft seals, impeller fasteners, etc. can be interchanged; There are only four types of suspended prices for the entire series of pumps.

The pump speed is divided into two types: 2900 and 1450 revolutions per minute.

Maximum flow rate: 240 cubic meters per minute, 400 cubic meters per minute

Maximum total lift: 125 meters and 55 meters

Allowable suction pipeline pressure of 0.3MPa. The maximum operating pressure of the pump is 1.6MPa

Scope of use:

1. The IS type pump is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation boosting and equipment matching, with a service temperature T ≤ 80 ℃.

2. The IR horizontal hot water pump is widely used for boiler hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating systems in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hotels and restaurants, etc. The ISWR type has a service temperature T ≤ 120 ℃.

3. IH horizontal chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature ranges from -20 ℃ to+120 ℃.

4. IHB horizontal pipeline oil pump is used to transport oil products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, or flammable and explosive liquids. The temperature of the transported medium is-20～+120℃
