The mechanical life of the 3S pressure switch is ≥ 100000 times (reference value JC series ≥ 400000 times)

Setting value adjustment method:
When the accuracy requirement for the set value is not high, it can be debugged according to the controller scale and the pressure gauge in the system. When the set value requirement is high, please use a dedicated pressure calibrator and precision pressure gauge for debugging. (There is a high-sensitivity single pole double throw proximity switch installed inside the pressure switch. The switch can set two switching values, usually referred to as the upper limit switching value and the lower limit switching value.)
Specific debugging methods:
The right adjustment screw on the top of the pressure switch directly adjusts the upper limit switching value;
The left adjustment screw on the top of the pressure switch is used to adjust the pressure difference of the switch;
3. Their relationship is: upper limit switching value - switch pressure difference=lower limit switching value
That is, the upper limit switching value can be directly adjusted on the ruler, and the lower limit switching value needs to be adjusted through 1-3 operations

1: The controlled medium should have no corrosive effect on brass, tin bronze, and lead tin solder.
2: When installing the controller cover, do not turn the internal screws or pull out the internal parts (except for the wiring screws).
