Product Description of Products

The BA-WX300A microbial limit detection device is made of stainless steel metal material and uses membrane filtration method to achieve bacterial retention by negative pressure suction filtration. It is equipped with microporous membrane and open filter.

Working principle: Inject the test sample into a microbial limit incubator, filter it under negative pressure using the built-in vacuum pump of the testing instrument, and trap the microorganisms in the test sample on the filter membrane. Use a membrane extractor to remove the filter membrane and transfer it to a prepared solid culture medium, with the bacterial surface facing up, flat, and covered to form a closed culture box. Place it in the corresponding constant temperature culture area for cultivation and counting. The microbial limit test method in the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia stipulates that the pore size of the filter membrane should not exceed 0.45 μ m and the diameter should be approximately 50mm.
