Ceramic microcrystalline abrasive grinding wheel

The ceramic microcrystalline abrasive series grinding wheel is made of a new type of abrasive exclusively developed by our company in China. Compared with ordinary corundum grinding wheels, it has good shape retention, strong sharpness, anti clogging, less likely to burn the workpiece, high wear ratio, and less dressing amount (about 1/3 of ordinary corundum grinding wheels). Realize high efficiency, high precision, and high quality of grinding under existing grinding machines and dressing devices. Used for difficult to grind materials such as alloy tool steel, high-speed tool steel, heat-resistant steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, etc. that are difficult to grind with ordinary abrasive grinding wheels, as well as metal materials with special surface treatments. Grinding methods include internal grinding, external grinding, and flat grinding.

The grinding wheel uses a linear speed of 30m/s to 60m/s, which can replace imported similar grinding wheels.
