On the contrary, anti-corrosion storage tanks only require the strength of the frame to support the weight of materials, molds, and the frame itself, as well as the closing force to prevent material leakage, due to the rotational molding process. Therefore, even for large and extra large plastic parts, anti-corrosion storage tanks do not need to use very bulky equipment and molds. The processing and manufacturing of machine molds are very convenient, with short manufacturing cycles and low costs. 1. In theory, there is almost no upper limit on the size of parts formed by rotational molding process. But it is easily limited by production conditions and road transportation. It is impossible to produce such large plastic containers using blow molding without expensive and bulky blow molding equipment.

Roll molding involves adding materials directly into the mold each time, allowing all materials to enter the finished product. After the product is removed from the mold, the materials needed for the next molding are added. Therefore, when we need to change the color of the product, we do not waste any drops of raw materials or spend time cleaning the machine and mold anti-corrosion storage tank. When using multiple molds to roll shape the same plastic product, we can also add materials of different colors to different molds and roll shape plastic products of different colors.

It is a process of welding steel mesh (turtle shell) onto the surface of steel body, using pure polyethylene (linear low-density polyethylene LLDPE, high-density polyethylene HDPE) as raw material, and organically combining steel plate, steel mesh (turtle shell) and polyethylene through rotational molding technology. Polyethylene firmly adheres to the surface of the steel body. The product has the advantages of no welding seam, no leakage, non-toxic, anti-aging, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, and compliance with health standards. It makes up for the disadvantages of poor rigidity and strength, non pressure resistance, and temperature difference resistance of all plastic rotational molding storage tanks.
