This product has been monitored by the Jinjiang District Environmental Testing Station in Chengdu and has obtained the "Science and Technology Achievement Appraisal Certificate" from the National Science and Technology Commission. It has shown significant effects in conserving water resources and preventing water pollution, and has been successfully promoted and applied in car wash facilities.
Performance characteristics:
1) The use of efficient immobilized carriers and the synergistic effect of microorganisms to form an immobilized microbial reactor ensures treatment efficiency and effluent effectiveness.
2) Adopting a combination of physicochemical and biochemical processes to ensure more stable effluent quality.
3) The use of immobilized microbial treatment technology has increased sludge age and food chain, reduced sludge production and secondary pollution.
4) Adopting PLC automation control to automatically complete the periodic conversion between operation and backwashing. According to the automatic control of the water level in the collection tank and the clean water tank (reuse tank), the equipment is started and closed. When the clean water tank (reuse tank) is full, the equipment stops running to prevent the waste of water resources. When the water collection tank reaches the lowest water level, the equipment stops running to prevent it from burning out and ensure safe operation. When the recycled water tank is large enough, the equipment can automatically backwash according to the set time to restore purification capacity, without the need for manual operation, greatly reducing labor intensity and eliminating the need for dedicated personnel to operate and manage.
5) The water is colorless and odorless. Using immobilized microbial technology to thoroughly remove organic compounds such as LAS (anionic surfactants) and oils, cutting off the source of easy fouling and odor on the car surface caused by circulating water, fully meeting the requirements of continuous recycling for car washing, and achieving a water reuse rate of over 90%.
6) Without adding chemicals, the operating cost is low, with a cost of approximately 0.76 yuan per ton of water.
The use of immobilized microbial technology, combined with sedimentation, microfiltration, and ultraviolet disinfection techniques, to treat car wash wastewater has the advantages of low operating costs, convenient operation and management, no secondary pollution, stable effluent quality that meets the standards for reuse, and can be widely promoted and used. By adopting this technology, the cost of treating car wash wastewater is 60% lower than the currently used coagulation sedimentation filtration quartz sand ultrafiltration technology, pollution is reduced by 80%, and the main effluent quality indicators are higher than those of similar products widely used.

Equipment processing effect:
Through two consecutive days of monitoring and analysis by the Jinjiang District Environmental Monitoring Station in Chengdu, the effluent indicators of the equipment meet the water quality standards for car washing water in the "Urban Sewage Recycling and Urban Miscellaneous Water Quality" (GB-T18921-2002). The monitoring results and water quality comparison are shown in the table below.
