The car bumper crusher is a high-speed shearing crusher produced by Henan Fukai Machinery. This machine can be used for crushing and processing various types of ABS and PP waste plastics such as waste plastic bumpers, electric vehicle shells, and battery shells. Compared with the car bumper shredder, this machine has the advantages of low operating cost, low failure rate, and uniform discharge. In terms of production line configuration, this machine can also be matched with the car bumper shredder as a fine crushing equipment to process the roughly crushed car bumper of the shredder. At present, toughening (modified) polypropylene (PP) material is generally used as the raw material for the front and rear bumpers of domestic cars through injection molding. Polypropylene (PP) plastic (commonly known as PP material) has a high melting point (up to 167 ℃), heat resistance, density (0.90g/cm3), and is currently the lightest type of commonly used plastic. It has high corrosion resistance (tensile strength 30MPa), and the strength, rigidity, and transparency of its products are relatively good. The disadvantage is poor low-temperature resistance (composed of impact resistant PP copolymer, styrene elastomer, and polyolefin rubber, which are blended modified materials with high rigidity, impact resistance, scratch resistance, and paintability). After injection molding, the bumper is loaded onto the vehicle and subjected to a speed of 8 km/h. It does not shatter upon impact and has elasticity for recovery, with performance similar to PU and a cost reduction of 10% to 20%. With the development of the automotive industry, the market for scrapped car bumpers is further expanding every year.
