The non negative pressure water supply equipment of the building water supply boosting system has roughly gone through four stages:

The inlet pipe of the non negative pressure water supply equipment is directly connected to the tap water network. Water is pressurized into the inlet pipe of the equipment under the driving force of the residual pressure in the tap water network. The booster pump of the equipment continues to pressurize on the basis of the residual pressure of the inlet water, and increases the water supply pressure to the pressure required by the user before supplying water to the outlet pipe network; When the user's water consumption exceeds the supply of the tap water network, the pressure of the inlet pipe network decreases. When the pressure at the inlet of the equipment drops to an absolute pressure less than 0 (or the set protection pressure of the pipe network), the negative pressure prevention and control device in the equipment automatically starts working, adjusting the operating status of the equipment until it stops and waits for standby, ensuring that the pressure of the inlet pipe network no longer decreases and does not have adverse effects on the tap water network; When the water supply capacity of the tap water network is restored and the pressure of the inlet network is above the protection pressure, the equipment will automatically start and resume normal water supply; When the remaining pressure in the water supply network meets the user's water supply requirements, the equipment automatically enters a sleep state and is supplied directly to the user by the water supply network. When the water supply is insufficient, the equipment automatically resumes operation; When the user does not use water or uses very little water, the equipment automatically enters a shutdown sleep state. The small flow stabilizing and pressure maintaining tank located on the outlet side of the equipment maintains the user's water usage and pipe network leakage. When the user's water stabilizing and pressure maintaining tank cannot maintain the required pressure of the water supply pipe network, the equipment automatically wakes up and resumes normal operation. Working principle
1、 Non negative pressure flow controller
The non negative pressure controller using patented technology constantly monitors and controls the pressure in the municipal pipeline network and compensation tank. When the tap water pressure is insufficient, the non negative pressure controller starts working to ensure that the water pressure in the municipal pipeline network is not affected. According to the No. 135 document of the water company, the municipal pressure cannot be lower than 2KG. The non negative pressure flow controller not only ensures the safety and stability of water use for users, but also ensures the stability of the pressure in the municipal pipeline network.
2、 Bidirectional compensation device
By adopting the patented technology of bidirectional compensation for energy storage and release regulation device, it can automatically compensate for the continuous water volume of the tap water pipeline network, and also play a stabilizing compensation role for the user pipeline network, ensuring that the device does not generate negative pressure for the tap water pipeline network. The low peak bidirectional compensator works by directing the high-pressure water at the outlet of the water pump to the low-pressure chamber to replenish water. After the low-pressure chamber is filled, it is closed, and then the high-pressure chamber is further replenished. As the liquid level gradually rises, the pressurized inert gas is squeezed back into the energy storage device, thus completing the process of replenishing water to the tank during the low peak period. When the water supply during peak period or the pressure drop of the municipal pipeline network is reduced, the bidirectional compensation device replenishes the water from the low-pressure chamber to the constant pressure chamber, and at the same time, the energy storage device releases energy to compress the high-pressure chamber water. Add water to the low-pressure chamber, Together with the municipal water from the constant pressure chamber, the process of replenishing water to users during peak hours is completed.
3、 Energy storage device
The energy storage device adopts patented technology and is equipped with an inert gas that does not float in water under pressure. When supplying water during peak periods, it releases energy to squeeze the high-pressure chamber water and replenish it to the low-pressure chamber. By fully utilizing the principle of energy conservation, it can replenish water to users during peak periods, ensuring that the water in the tank can be maximally compensated to the user's pipeline network, suppressing negative pressure, and ensuring that it does not affect the municipal pipeline network.
Energy saving principle
The non negative pressure water supply equipment adjusts the speed of the AC motor by changing the frequency of the power input to the motor. According to the fundamental laws of fluid mechanics, water pump equipment belongs to square torque loads, and its speed N is related to flow rate Q, pressure (head) H, and shaft power P as follows:
