Calcium hydroxide equipment, also known as a quicklime digestion machine, is mainly used to digest quicklime into lime milk. The present invention has a reasonable structure and equipment, easy operation, high production efficiency, large production capacity, low labor intensity, and is suitable for any quality of lime. It has efficient mixing ability, can reduce the pressure inside the quicklime digester, increase safety, and completely solve the serious environmental pollution problems caused by steam generated during the quicklime digestion process and uneven feeding of the digester.
Qualified calcium oxide (CaO) block materials are crushed by an E-type crusher to a particle size of about 40mm, and then sent to the calcium oxide storage tank silo by a bucket elevator. The calcium oxide in the silo is quantitatively stabilized by a steady flow conveyor and enters the first stage digestion system of calcium hydroxide for preliminary digestion. After the primary digestion of calcium hydroxide is completed, it enters the second or third stage digestion system to completely digest and decompose the calcium oxide, producing qualified primary calcium hydroxide products with a digestion rate of 98%. (The digestion system is designed into single axis, double axis, and multi axis models according to production capacity requirements).
The digested and decomposed calcium hydroxide is then sent into the powder selection machine by the semi-finished screw conveyor. The powder selection machine completes the separation of product impurities and fineness classification. The final qualified products after classification are unloaded into the finished calcium hydroxide tank by the finished product conveyor and elevator for separate packaging.
