Calcium hydroxide, an inorganic compound with the chemical formula Ca (OH) 2, commonly known as hydrated lime or hydrated lime. Calcium hydroxide is mainly used for environmental wastewater treatment, sludge conditioning, flue gas desulfurization, leather ash leaching, building materials, paint making, non-ferrous metal smelting, feed additives, calcium based lubricants, dyes, refrigerants, etc. Lime calcium powder is a mixed gas hard cementitious material, mainly composed of Ca (OH) 2, CaO, and a small amount of CaCO3. It has the same function as cement. Gray calcium powder is mainly used in building coatings such as putty powder and latex paint.
Working process of calcium hydroxide digestion machine
1. Primary screening
Calcine limestone and coke, vibrate the calcined calcium oxide through a 5-15mm sieve to remove impurities such as "plain ash", grind it to about 5-25mm, and obtain highly active calcium oxide with an effective component of over 90%. The calcium oxide is then fed to the pre digester through a constant weight feeder and a closed regulator.
2. Preliminary digestion
According to the quality and supply ratio of calcium oxide, with a water/calcium ratio of 0.55~0.80, the amount of water added is automatically adjusted through a control valve. The mixture is stirred in a pre slipper for 5~15 minutes for preliminary digestion, and the digestion temperature is controlled at 90~190. Then it is sent to a digester for further digestion for 10~40 minutes to ensure complete digestion reaction.
3. Complete digestion
The fully digested calcium hydroxide enters the high-efficiency air separator for separation. According to the principles of centrifugal force and centripetal force, particles of different sizes are separated by adjusting the separation value. Fine powder is the final product with the desired particle size, while coarse powder is sieved using a vibrating screen.
4. Screen again
According to the purity requirements of the product, 3mm~0.5mm or smaller vibrating screens can be used to exchange the screened material. After entering the vibrating mill, it is separated by air separation to improve the digestion rate of calcium oxide. The screened material is discharged as coarse powder residue.
Precautions for the operation of calcium hydroxide digestion machine
1. Before starting, check the normal maintenance of the motor pulley belt and gearbox lubricating oil.
2. Feed, starting from a small amount of 30-50% of the design capacity. Add water. Start adding water 1-2 minutes later, increasing the water ratio from low to high. Increase the water content from 20% to around 48%. Choose the appropriate water ratio based on the lime situation.
3. A large feeding amount is the appropriate amount of molten ash to be filled into the digestion screw shaft.
4. The no-load current of the digestive system is similar to the load current, with little change. When the load current is 20% -30% higher than the no-load current, check the entire system.
5. The principle of stopping water before stopping production must be followed. The amount of water added should be gradually reduced half an hour before stopping production, and the output should be reduced to less than half of the material in the digestion tank during normal production after stopping production.
