
1.1 Overview
Calcium carbonate analyzer is a new desktop analytical instrument with microcomputer technology, mainly used for rapid (30 second) quantitative analysis of CaCO3 and percentage content in cement raw materials. It is based on the X-ray fluorescence energy dispersion principle of elemental characteristic rays, and is composed of low-energy low-power X-ray tube excitation (without using a radiation source), proportional counter tube detection, nuclear electronics, and microcomputers. It adopts advanced physical measurement methods and meets energy-saving, environmental protection, and safety requirements.
The calcium carbonate analyzer retains all the advantages it has had since its birth in the 1980s, incorporating contemporary new technological achievements to make its sample analysis faster and more accurate; Having a larger storage capacity is beneficial for user quality management.
1.2 Purpose
Scope of application: Used for determining the content of calcium carbonate in limestone (powder) and other products in various fields; Meets the standard for determining element content in YS/T 703-2014 Limestone Chemical Analysis Method. In addition to the building materials industry, it can also be used in various situations where analysis of CaCO3 percentage content is required.
