Fiberglass cable tray box

1: Introduction to GRP cable tray box: GRP cable tray box for expressway and railway (also known as GRP cable conduit box, polyester glass fiber cable tray box), which is made of high flame retardant polyester, high-density glass fiber and high-strength new materials, is pressed and molded at one time. The product has the advantages of cable protection, good insulation, high strength, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, fire retardant, good environmental adaptability (-50 ℃ -60 ℃), non-toxic, tasteless, light weight (generally only 1/4 of the weight of steel cable tray, 1/10 of the weight of cement cable tray), convenient installation, low cost, long service life, and anti-theft function. All technical indicators comply with the relevant technical requirements of JT/T599 · 2-2004 "Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Products for Highways" by the Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Transport and the Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Railways. It is particularly suitable for construction projects such as highways, railways, tunnels, electricity, petroleum, chemical, and municipal governments, and has received unanimous praise from relevant departments and users such as the Ministry of Railways and the Ministry of Transport. 2: Installation of fiberglass cable conduit box (fiberglass polyester cable trough):
1. Before installing the cable conduit box, a bracket should be set up on the bridge. The size of the support bracket depends on the specifications of the selected cable conduit box, but the spacing should not exceed 1500mm, usually made of angle steel.
2. Place the cable conduit box on the bracket, and once the position is determined, use a handheld drill to drill through the cable conduit box and support frame at the position of the support frame. Then tighten them with bolts, drill two holes with a diameter of 10mm on each support frame, and use two sets of M8 bolts.
3. At the joint of the cable conduit box, socket type joints and joint cover plates should be used to connect the two sections of the cable conduit box as a whole.
4. The connection between cable conduit boxes and roadbed cables can be made using concrete pipes or steel pipes.
5. Connect the fiberglass cable box elbow to the pipe box at the turning point of the road.
6. The box cover and box body are fixed with plastic bolts and stainless steel bolts.
