This instrument uses accurately concentrated acids and bases to digest the sample under specific conditions, then removes soluble substances with ethanol, and deducts the amount of minerals after high-temperature calcination. The content contained is called crude fiber. It is not an exact chemical entity, but a rough composition measured under recognized mandatory conditions, mainly composed of cellulose, with small amounts of hemicellulose and lignin. The internal pipeline control of the instrument adopts pneumatic components, and all operations are processed in a centralized manner, effectively improving work efficiency. This instrument is suitable for measuring the crude fiber content of feed, grains, cereal foods, and other agricultural and sideline products.
