A vacuum belt dryer is a continuous feeding and discharging vacuum drying equipment. Liquid raw materials are transported to the dryer through a feeding pump and evenly distributed on a conveyor belt through a fabric feeder. The boiling point temperature of the materials is reduced by high vacuum, and the moisture of the liquid raw materials evaporates at low temperatures. The conveyor belt runs at a constant speed on the heating plate, and the heat source inside the heating plate can be steam, hot water, or thermal oil. Through the operation of the conveyor belt, the heating temperature is adjusted from high to low from the evaporation and drying at the front end to the cooling discharge at the back end. The specific vacuum crushing device is equipped at the discharge end to achieve different particle sizes of finished products. The dried powder can be automatically packaged or enter the subsequent process section.

Components of vacuum belt dryer

The vacuum belt dryer consists of nine major systems: vacuum system, automatic correction system, heating system, feeding system, fabric system, discharging system, cooling system, CIP automatic cleaning system, PLC automatic control system, etc.

Vacuum system: The drying equipment barrel forms its own vacuum, which is controlled by a Roots vacuum pump. Drying in a vacuum drying bucket greatly reduces the temperature required for material moisture evaporation, allowing the material to quickly evaporate and dry at low temperatures, which is beneficial for maintaining the color and composition of the material.

Automatic correction system: The conveyor belt may deviate during transportation, and the automatic correction system can help the conveyor belt automatically return to its original position, prevent damage to the conveyor belt, and ensure that materials are dried in the normal drying area. Our company's conveyor belt drive adopts a variable frequency reduction motor for control. The variable frequency reduction motor can control and adjust the running speed of the conveyor belt, thereby controlling the heating time of materials and meeting the different needs of users.

Heating system: using baffle heating to ensure uniform heating of the heating plate, preventing local overheating or insufficient heating, which may affect the drying of the material. The heating source can use steam heating and be adjusted by a water circulation heating controller to achieve automatic temperature control, with temperature control accuracy within ± 3 ℃.

Feeding system: Based on user requirements and the different characteristics of materials, we use different feeding pumps for feeding. The variable frequency feeding motor can adjust the feeding size and control the feeding speed of materials.

Fabric system: Adopting a swing rod structure for fabric, the driving motor is driven by a variable frequency motor, which is conducive to the uniform placement of materials on the drying conveyor belt and ensures uniform heating of the materials.

Discharge system: Spiral+crushing or coarse crushing can be used for discharge processing, and multiple discharge methods meet the different needs of customers.

Cooling system: The cooling system provides cooling water for the vacuum system to ensure its operational stability. Protect important parts of the pump body to prevent the machine from overheating and working.

CPI automatic cleaning system: The CPI automatic cleaning system can efficiently clean the barrel body, providing comprehensive and no dead corners for cleaning. Ensure that the equipment is clean and does not affect the next use of the equipment.

PLC automatic control system: Adopting S7-300 high-end PLC control system for equipment control to improve control stability. Internally, Siemens high-end frequency converters are used to improve product quality and stability.
