Overview of CQB-G High Temperature Insulated Magnetic Pump

The CQB-G high-temperature insulation magnetic driven centrifugal pump (referred to as high-temperature magnetic pump) consists of four main parts: a motor, a magnetic coupling water cooling device, and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is the use of a magnetic coupling to transmit power without any leakage. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor and transmit torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump, due to the liquid being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve without a dynamic seal, there is no leakage. The magnetic material of the magnetic coupling uses a high-temperature medium to maintain a strong magnetic torque. A water cooling device has been installed between the motor and the magnetic coupling to prevent heat transfer from the pumped high-temperature medium to the motor. To maintain the normal operation of the motor and achieve leak free transportation of high-temperature media.

The CQB-G high-temperature insulation magnetic pump adopts a multiple circulation cooling structure to ensure the reliability and stability of the original power and magnetic transmission. At the same time, the use of column pin coupling reduces the noise and vibration of the pump. The detachable and column pin coupling are used simultaneously, which increases the structure of the pump and is more conducive to the heat dissipation of the pump. At the same time, it is also very convenient for users to repair or replace parts. A cooling fan blade is also designed on the outer rotor of the pump to ensure the stability of the magnetic steel. This series of pumps is suitable for transporting high-temperature media with a temperature of 300 ℃.

It is an ideal equipment for transporting high-temperature flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and valuable liquids as well as various corrosive liquids. Suitable for liquids with a working pressure of less than 1.6MPA, a temperature not exceeding 100 degrees, a density not exceeding 1600KG/M, and a viscosity not exceeding 30, which do not contain hard particles or fibers.

Installation and Commissioning

1. The high-temperature magnetic pump should be installed horizontally, and the lubricating oil level in the cooling box should be checked before driving. If the oil level is too low, it should be replenished in a timely manner. Before starting the pump, the cooling water circuit should be opened first, and the opening degree of the inlet pipe valve should be adjusted according to the temperature of the cooling outlet pipe after the pump is working normally.

2. When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.

3. Before using the pump, it should be checked that the motor fan blades rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.

4. Check if the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction mark of the magnetic pump.

5. After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve and adjust it to the desired opening after the pump enters normal operation.

6. Before the pump stops working, the discharge valve should be closed first, then the power should be cut off, and finally the cooling water pipe valve should be closed.

Precautions for use

1. Due to the fact that the cooling and lubrication of magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, it is absolutely forbidden to stop idling, and at the same time, to avoid spatiotemporal load rotation caused by restarting after a power outage during operation.

2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet; If it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.

3. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The working temperature of the pump is less than 280 ℃, the maximum working pressure is 1.6MPa, the density is not more than 1840kg/m3, and the viscosity is not more than 30cm2/S, which is a liquid without hard particles and fibers. Special working conditions should be strictly in accordance with the provisions of the contract agreement.

4. For media that are prone to precipitation and crystallization during transportation, they should be cleaned promptly after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump

5. After 1000 hours of normal operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearings and end face moving rings should be disassembled and inspected, and vulnerable parts that are no longer suitable for use should be replaced.

6. The magnetic couplings inside and outside this series of pumps are made of high-performance permanent magnet materials, which may pose potential hazards to the following components. Please keep the following components at a distance from this series of pumps. Such as pacemakers, credit cards and other magnetic cards, calculators, computer disks, watches, etc.
