Product Introduction:
The CQB-G high-temperature magnetic drive pump (referred to as high-temperature magnetic pump) usually consists of four parts: motor, magnetic coupling, water cooling device, and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is to use magnetic coupling to transmit power. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor and transmit torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump, there is no leakage due to the liquid being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve without a dynamic seal. The magnetic material of the magnetic coupler adopts high-temperature resistant rare earth permanent magnet material, which can withstand high temperature media below 280 degrees and maintain strong magnetic torque. A water cooling device is installed between the motor and the magnetic coupling to prevent the heat from pumping high-temperature media from being conducted to the motor, in order to maintain the normal operation of the motor and achieve leak free transportation of high-temperature media.
The overcurrent components of CQB-G high-temperature magnetic pump can be made of corrosion-resistant materials such as 304, 304L, 302, 321, 316, 316L, UB6, CD4Mcu, titanium alloy, nickel based alloy, etc. as needed.
The type, basic parameters, and technical performance of CQB-G high-temperature magnetic pump comply with the requirements of JB/T7742-95 "Small Magnetic Transmission Centrifugal Pump" standard.

Product Usage
The CQB-G high-temperature magnetic pump is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, national defense, etc. It is an ideal equipment for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and valuable liquids as well as various corrosive liquids. Suitable for conveying liquids without hard particles and fibers with a suction pressure not exceeding 0.2MPa, a maximum working pressure of 1.6MPa, a temperature not exceeding 280 ℃, a density not exceeding 1600kg/m3, and a viscosity not exceeding 30 × 10-6m2/S.
Structure description:
The CQB-G high-temperature insulation magnetic pump adopts a multiple circulation cooling structure to ensure the reliability and stability of the original power and magnetic transmission. At the same time, the use of column pin coupling reduces the noise and vibration of the pump. The detachable and column pin coupling are used simultaneously, which increases the structure of the pump and is more conducive to the heat dissipation of the pump. At the same time, it is also very convenient for users to repair or replace parts. A cooling fan blade is also designed on the outer rotor of the pump to ensure the stability of the magnetic steel. This series of pumps is suitable for transporting high-temperature media with a temperature of ≤ 300 ℃.
