Overview of CQB-G High Temperature Magnetic Drive Pump
CQB-G high-temperature magnetic driven centrifugal pump (referred to as high-temperature magnetic pump) is usually composed of four parts: motor, magnetic coupling water cooling device, and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is to use magnetic coupling to transmit power without leakage. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor and transmit torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump, due to the liquid being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve without a dynamic seal, there is no leakage. The magnetic material of the magnetic coupling uses a high-temperature medium to maintain a strong magnetic torque. A water cooling device has been installed between the motor and the magnetic coupling to prevent heat transfer from the pumped high-temperature medium to the motor. To maintain the normal operation of the motor and achieve leak free transportation of high-temperature media. The overcurrent components of the pump can be made of corrosion-resistant materials such as 304, 304L, 302, 321, 316, 316L, UB6, CD4Mcu, titanium alloy, nickel based alloy, etc. as needed. The CQB-G series magnetic pump is a new type of completely leak free and corrosion-resistant pump jointly designed and developed by the whole country. Its technical and economic indicators are close to the level of similar foreign products. Its type, basic parameters, and technical performance meet the standard requirements of JB/T7742-95 "Small Magnetic Transmission Centrifugal Pump"

The CQB-G series magnetic pump is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, and national defense. It is an ideal equipment for transporting high-temperature flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and valuable liquids, as well as various corrosive liquids. Suitable for conveying large series of liquids without hard particles and fibers, with a working pressure of 1.6Mpa, temperature not exceeding 280 degrees, density not exceeding 1840kg/m3, and viscosity not exceeding 30cm/s.
