Detailed introduction:
COD digester is a necessary equipment for chemical reactions such as COD, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, etc. They can maintain the necessary high temperature for the reaction within a set time to ensure complete digestion. In the new COD digester CR4200, the most commonly used temperatures and reaction times for wastewater analysis are stored in pre-set programs that can be directly selected. In addition, the new COD digester pays more attention to safety requirements to ensure compliance with safety regulations. To prevent accidents, each COD digester is equipped with a safety cover as standard, which avoids splashing of high-temperature chemical reagents and accidental contact with high-temperature surfaces due to tube rupture, and prevents burns. Each COD digester is certified by GS, CE, and cETLus.
The new CR3200 and CR4200 COD digesters have been specially designed to fully comply with strict quality system requirements. They have a special verification function, and when an external temperature sensor (optional) is placed in the slot, it can be directly printed out with a printer or the data of the preset standard temperature and actual temperature can be obtained on a computer. This can not only monitor but also record the operating status of the instrument.
