Product Introduction
Seedling base, intelligent greenhouse, disinfection and storage, pest control fertilizer) are directly added to the reaction container (without adding water) for control. This product uses flowing water as a regulator and ammonium bicarbonate (referred to as bicarbonate) is discharged through an air pump. The red and green switches are turned on in sequence, and the reaction automatically proceeds with carbon dioxide gas.
Technical parameters:
Power consumption: 1KW/hour AC220V
Water consumption: 8 liters/hour
Raw materials: Ammonium bicarbonate (referred to as fertilizer) 3 kg/hour,
Gas production: 1.1 kg 800-1000 ppm
usage method:
Before use, add water by opening the water injection valve and exhaust valve, and closing the drainage valve. When water flows out from the exhaust valve, it indicates that the water injection is complete. Note: Approximately 20 kilograms of water is injected each time. Close all valves after water injection is completed. Ammonium bicarbonate is directly added to the reaction vessel (without adding water), and the red and green switches are turned on in sequence. The reaction proceeds automatically, and carbon dioxide gas is discharged through the air pump. If the reaction process needs to be stopped halfway, the temperature control switch can be turned counterclockwise until music is heard, and the air pump will continue to work. After at least 10 minutes, turn off the power. Carbon dioxide gas can be input into the usage area through pipelines. If the usage area is large, small holes can be drilled on the pipeline to evenly diffuse the carbon dioxide gas.
matters needing attention:
The power supply must be connected with a leakage protection device Every time the reaction of ammonia stops, replace it with new water.
