Introduction to Dual Spindle Grinding Machine

  1. The machine tool adopts high-strength cast iron, combined with excellent mechanism and structural design to improve the rigidity of the machine tool, suitable for strong grinding and fine grinding, and achieves oil-water separation function according to the structure. FANUC servo motors are used to drive the up, down, front, and rear shafts, and are equipped with pulse handwheel operation. Three sections can be switched freely to achieve a minimum feed rate of 0.001mm for the up and down axes. There are oil pressure reversing systems and servo ball screw systems available for selection on the left and right.
  2. The dual spindle design adopts P4 grade and bearings suitable for heavy cutting, with high precision and long service life of the spindle structure. The rough machining and final fine machining processes can be completed on the same machine tool, without the need to replace coarse and fine grinding wheels or use two machine tools for rough and fine machining, shortening processing time, improving processing efficiency, and increasing production capacity.
  3. The base adopts a double V-rail design with increased span to ensure optimal rigidity, stability, and processing accuracy. It also features a double water tank with double-sided return water design, which can easily meet the processing needs of large water volumes and greatly reduce the splashing of cutting fluid during grinding, improving the processing environment.
  4. The guide rail adopts a wide surface design and is attached with Turcite-B wear-resistant plates, and is matched with a precision scraping and circulating lubrication system to provide stable wear resistance and stable sliding motion. It can be used for strong grinding and fine grinding, with high grinding accuracy and exquisite surface of the finished product.
  5. The spindle seat is a high-precision linear slide rail and a large-span double wall body, which improves the rigidity during processing. It also adopts a positive pressure counterweight system to effectively support the weight of the spindle head, with precise feed size, effectively improving the precision and stability of precision machining.
  6. The machine tool adopts a fully automatic circulating lubrication system (self check for insufficient oil), which does not float oil, and the oil film is easy to maintain, ensuring optimal sliding, stability, and machining accuracy.
  7. Easy to operate mode: When facing large-scale production and diverse small orders, CNC programmable/general traditional grinding machine operation mode can be used according to needs.
