Product Introduction

By combining different modules, various types of machine tools can be constructed, including CNC lathes, turning centers, turning and milling centers, and turning and milling composite centers. The number of control axes can be extended from two axis (X, Z) linkage control to three axis (X, Z, C) linkage control, four axis (X, Z, C, Y) linkage control, and even five axis (X, Z, C, Y, B) linkage control.

The CHD-25 nine axis five linkage turning and milling composite center machine tool is designed with an overall inclined bed layout. The machine is equipped with dual spindles and upper and lower dual tool holders. The upper tool holder has a Y-axis, B-axis, and tool magazine, while the upper and lower tool holders have power cutting tools. This machine tool is suitable for processing parts with complex shapes and high precision requirements.

2、 Characteristics and key technical indicators of machine tools

1. The machine tool bed is made of high-density cast iron, with a mountain shaped cross-section and good rigidity, vibration absorption, and thermal stability. On both sides of the mountain shaped bed, there are three sets of guide rails, Z1 axis, Z2 axis, and W-axis, all of which are high rigidity rolling guide rails. There is also a high-precision grating ruler installed on the bed for W-axis position detection, which can achieve full closed-loop control of W-axis motion.

2. The driving motor for the first spindle of the machine tool adopts a built-in wide area electric spindle with a motor power of 18.5/22.4Kw. The spindle bearing adopts high-speed and precision bearings, and the spindle structure is designed with high rigidity. The maximum speed of the spindle is 5000rpm.

3. The drive motor for the second spindle of the machine tool also adopts a built-in wide area motor with a power of 14.5/17.7 kW. The spindle bearing adopts high-speed and precision bearings, and the spindle structure is designed with high rigidity. The maximum speed of the spindle is 5000 rpm. The second spindle can move along the W-axis at a fast speed of 24m/min, and can achieve high-speed synchronous docking with the first spindle.

4. The tool holder on the machine tool can achieve three linear motion axes and one rotary motion axis. The three linear axis movements are Z1 axis, X1 axis, Y-axis, and the fast moving speeds of each axis are 30m/min, 24 m/min, and 16m/min, respectively. The X1 axis and Y-axis are equipped with high-precision grating rulers, which can achieve full closed-loop control. A rotary motion axis is the B-axis, and the working angle of the B-axis is ± 102.5 °. A power tool spindle is installed on the B-axis worktable, which can be used to install both turning tools (for turning function) and milling tools (for milling function). The rated power output of the power tool spindle used for milling is 16.8Kw, the rated torque is 100Nm, and the maximum speed is 7000rpm. The power tool spindle can achieve both machining of parts on the first spindle and machining of parts on the second spindle.

5. The tool holder under the machine tool can achieve the movement of two linear motion axes, namely Z2 axis and X2 axis. The fast moving speed of both linear motion axes is 24 m/min. The X2 axis is equipped with a high-precision grating ruler, which can achieve full closed-loop control.

6. The lower turret of the machine tool is a 12 station servo power turret, with a tool change time of 3 seconds. It can meet the requirements of turning and milling. The maximum speed of power cutting tools can reach 4500rpm. It can achieve both machining of parts on the first spindle and machining of parts on the second spindle.

7. The tool magazine provided with the machine tool is used for replacing the tools on the spindle of the upper tool holder. The maximum number of knives in the knife magazine is 30. The tool change time is ≤ 3s.

8. The machine tool is equipped with a RENISHAW plug-in high-precision tool alignment device, which can meet the efficiency requirements of all cutting tools.

The standard fixture for machine tool configuration is a high-speed, high-precision, large-diameter hydraulic self centering chuck produced in Germany. The maximum allowable diameter of the bar material to pass through is 60mm.

10. The machine tool is equipped with a chain plate chip discharge device and a powerful cooling system. The use of high head and high flow water pumps allows the cooling water head to reach 60m.

11. The control system of the machine tool adopts SIEMENS 840D control system, equipped with advanced five axis linkage software, which can achieve linkage machining of X, Y, Z, B, and C axes, greatly improving the performance and quality of the machine tool.

12. The machine tool adopts a fully protected layout for overall protection, with a simple appearance and reliable performance. The whole machine has good operational and maintenance performance
