In the process of biopharmaceuticals, there are high requirements for sterility and no heat source, which also puts higher demands on sterilization cabinets. We have designed and manufactured this series of pure steam sterilization cabinets based on the requirements of GMP high standards and by using high standard materials and components.
This series of equipment is mainly used in the biopharmaceutical industry for wet heat sterilization operations of the following major categories of products, as well as sterile rooms in Class 100 clean areas. Aluminum barrels and rubber stoppers are used for filling various antibiotics, penicillin bottles and rubber stoppers are used for freeze-drying powder, and other high demand occasions.
This series of products features an inner and outer double-layer structure, with pure steam as the inner layer during operation and ordinary boiler steam as the jacket layer. It also has vacuum exhaust and drying functions.
