The ferrite hammer impact test is an important mechanical property test for metal materials, and the accuracy of the test temperature directly affects the reliability of the test data. The CDW-T impact test low-temperature instrument (slot) is the latest product developed and researched by our company for low-temperature physical and chemical inspection of metal products, in accordance with the requirements for low-temperature devices in GB/T8363-2007 "Method for drop hammer tear test of ferritic steel" (replacing GB/T8363-1987), and in conjunction with various regulations for deep temperature refrigeration. This equipment adopts single machine/stacked compressor refrigeration technology, utilizing the principle of thermal balance and circulating stirring to achieve automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature of the sample, fully meeting the technical indicators specified in the national standard GB/T8363-2007. This device is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. It is the most ideal sample cooling and constant temperature equipment for low-temperature impact testing of ferrites.
