The fully automatic rotary high-frequency machine is commonly used for double-sided blister sealing packaging, blister hanging card sealing packaging, double-sided paper clip blister cover heat sealing packaging, also known as blister packaging, high-frequency heat sealing packaging, and blister packaging. The products inside the sealed packaging are easy to see, so the use of high-frequency packaging is highly favored by manufacturers and consumers.
The fully automatic double bubble shell high-frequency packaging machine manufactured by our company consists of two bubble shell forming machines and one rotary high-frequency heat sealing machine connected in series. At the same time, the upper and lower bubble shells of the double bubble shell are formed and punched. The mechanical arm automatically grabs the bubble shell and enters the high-frequency machine heat sealing station. At the same time, the complete paper card (instruction manual) is automatically placed, and an automatic grabbing finished product mechanical arm is equipped, greatly reducing manual operation costs and processes, and improving production efficiency.
Principle:
Using the principle of high-frequency heat sealing, the workpiece is heated by a high-frequency mold to achieve plastic to plastic fusion, plastic to paper card fusion, or paper card to paper card fusion. The fused paper card is often coated with a layer of PVC or APET, PETG adhesive on the surface during printing, and melted into one under the action of high-frequency. Our company has successfully overcome the impact of high frequency on other electrical appliances (such as PLC, frequency converter, etc.) through more than a year of technical research and development, enabling all equipment to operate synchronously and stably.

Workflow:
Bubble shell forming machine: conveying PVC coil → preheating PVC → forming bubble shells → punching bubble shells

High frequency heat sealing machine: Bubble shell transfer sequence enters the heat sealing station → (automatic) manual addition of products → automatic addition of paper cards → upper bubble shell transfer sequence enters the heat sealing station → high-frequency heat sealing → automatic output of finished products
