The CCW series bipolar worm gear reducer consists of two-stage circular arc worm gear reducer. The first stage is a small center distance reducer, and the second stage is a large center distance reducer. The center distance of the first stage reducer is half of the direct sales of the second stage reducer. It has the characteristics of large transmission ratio, high load-bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, and reasonable structure.

The first stage input shaft of CCW series bipolar worm gear reducer is not greater than 1500r/min, and the working environment is -40-40 degrees, which can operate in any direction. The lubrication of the reducer uses gear oil.

The CCW series bipolar worm gear reducer is divided into three types according to the installation method of the first stage reducer: worm down type (CCWU), worm side type (CCWS), and worm up type (CCWO).
