CC-68 series ink
The Gabrielle CC-68 series is a two liquid reactive high-performance ink with good adhesion and wide applicability. The cured coating has excellent physical and chemical resistance, high gloss, and excellent outdoor weather resistance.
Product Features:
The CC-68 series has good adhesion to a wide range of materials and can achieve optimal coating performance when dried at low and high temperatures. It has superior printing performance and can achieve clear printing effects.
Product Description:
Scope of application:
Processed and untreated PP, PE, PVC, ABS, metal, glass, electroplated coatings, baked paint coatings, PU coatings, and some materials that are difficult to adhere to.
Usage:
a. As CC-68 is a two liquid reactive ink, a curing agent must be added and thoroughly mixed before use. The addition ratio (mass ratio) is as follows:
CC-68 series various color series (except white) ink: curing agent=100:10
CC-68 white system ink: curing agent=100:8
The ink mixed with curing agent must be used up within 8 hours, otherwise it will be unusable due to curing. Therefore, please adjust the ink according to the actual amount to avoid waste.
b. Please select our company's fast, medium, and slow diluents based on the actual working environment conditions. The dilution amount should be adjusted between 10-20% according to actual needs.
c. Suitable for using 150-350 mesh screen printing.
d. Drying/curing time
(1) At room temperature, the drying time for finger touch is about 20-30 minutes, and complete curing takes more than 8 hours.
(2) Heating at 65oC for 5-10 minutes can achieve finger touch drying, and it can be completely cured in 1 hour. To obtain the necessary resistance, it takes several days or more.
Experimental ink: CC-68-K01 (black) 783 solvent diluted at 15%
Printing material: PP 1.3mm
Heating and drying: 65oC × 15mm
The experiment was conducted after heating and drying at room temperature for one week.
Note: The above test results are only the test results of our company and not the product quality assurance values. Different usage conditions may produce different results.
