This model meets the testing requirements for dimethyl silicone oil in the United States Pharmacopeia, The test employs a radius of 13.3 (+/-) 0.4 cm, measured from the center of the shaft and shakes through an arc of 10 degrees ( lever arm set at approximately 5) at a frequency of 300 (+/- 10%) strokes per minute. The test requires an oscillating radiation radius of 13.3 ± 0.4cm, an oscillating angle of 10 degrees, 0-300 revolutions per minute (30 is small precision adjustment), so as to achieve the test of Simethicone foam solution. There are two types of models: four bottle position and eight bottle position.
The arm pole strictly follows Foaming The Solution test allows for 6 angle settings, based on the amplitude and speed of shaking. Once the correct position is set, the sliding latch lock firmly secures the arm rod and opens it for operation at a scheduled time.
