Therefore, it expands the scope of use of bag dust collectors and can handle high concentration gases with an inlet smoke concentration of up to 1300g/mN3. When the flue gas temperature is less than 120 ℃, the filter material uses polyester needle punched pads, and when the flue gas temperature is between 120-210 ℃, the filter material uses Nomex or Gore Tex Vporn filter material from the United States ensures that the exhaust gas concentration at the dust collector outlet is less than 100mg/mN3 for thermal equipment and less than 50mg/mN3 for ventilation equipment, Widely used in industries such as cement, electricity, chemical, metallurgical, and steel, the application on our company's two modern 4000T/d clinker cement production lines has proven that all performance indicators are superior to national standard requirements, achieving good technical and economic results.
This dust collector adopts two types of filter bags, φ 130X2450 and φ 130X3060, and integrates the dust collector with independent chambers as the basic unit. It can handle dust collectors with different air volumes and is easy to transport and install. There are four types of independent chambers: 32 bags/chamber, 64 bags/chamber, 96 bags/chamber, and 128 bags/chamber. The performance table lists the performance characteristics of several independent chamber integrated dust collectors, and our company can also integrate dust collectors with different gas volumes according to user requirements.
