1、 Product Features
The fully automatic oil-water separator is a new generation of fully automatic products, which includes functions such as automatic slag removal, automatic oil-water separation, automatic sludge discharge, automatic backwash cleaning, automatic forced discharge, and automatic liquid level recognition; Centralized control in the fully automatic control cabinet, without the need for manual duty; Each component of the product can be disassembled for maintenance; Unique bearing type spiral auger slag removal device, low noise, more stable, and longer operating time; The single directional self expanding oil-water separation device can operate stably while automatically adjusting the chain length, resulting in better processing efficiency and lower failure rate; The fully automatic backwash cleaning device regularly cleans the inner walls of the equipment to prevent debris and oil stains from adhering. The equipment is equipped with an auxiliary water tank (optional), which is a collection tank provided for customers who do not have auxiliary pits between the equipment. It is convenient to empty the sewage inside the equipment during equipment cleaning, making the equipment room cleaner and tidier.

3、 Working principle
The discharged sewage enters the automatic slag removal device of the slag removal bin through the inlet, filters out the residue with a particle diameter greater than 3mm, and directly enters the slag collection bucket; The sewage flows back into the sedimentation bin, where small particles and sludge settle down and are regularly cleaned by the sludge discharge device; At this point, the waste oil and fat begin to float on the water surface; The sewage flows into the oil-water separation bin, and the waste oil is sent to the oil collection bin by the automatic oil scraping device. The oil collection bin is equipped with an automatic constant temperature device to ensure that the oil will not solidify. The waste oil in the oil collection bin can be discharged and collected regularly according to the actual usage of the user; After oil-water separation, the sewage enters the siphon chamber, which is equipped with a backwash device to regularly clean the interior and main components of the equipment; Afterwards, the sewage enters the sewage storage tank and is discharged into the municipal pipeline network by the automatic forced discharge device based on the upper and lower limit signals transmitted by the liquid level transmitter. At this time, the sewage meets the national discharge standards.
In case of special circumstances, such as excessive discharge of sewage from the upper layer at that time, resulting in sewage overflowing from the equipment, the overflowing sewage enters the auxiliary water tank through the overflow port; When equipment maintenance is required, the bottom drain valve of the equipment can be opened to completely discharge the internal sewage into the auxiliary water tank. The auxiliary water tank is equipped with a liquid level controller that can automatically discharge the sewage.

Automatic filtration system: The new and unique bearing type spiral auger filtration device is a structure independently developed by our company, which has the function of automatically filtering impurities without manual cleaning, avoiding impurities from entering the processing program steps and avoiding equipment and water pump blockage. Bearing installation ensures stable operation of the equipment without generating noise pollution.
4. Fully automatic function: automatic sludge discharge, automatic oil-water separation, automatic constant temperature heating, automatic backwashing and cleaning. Automatic slag removal and automatic forced discharge are integrated.
5. Automatic sludge discharge device: Install a strong sludge discharge water pump to regularly discharge sludge. During the operation of the equipment, sediment will accumulate and accumulate in the equipment, which will lead to frequent operation and increased wear and tear over time. The device operates regularly to eliminate sediment inside the equipment, reduce the burden of equipment operation, and increase the service life of the equipment.
